ABOUT NIRVA

Nirva is building the first AI fashion accessory for your mind — a necklace or bracelet that privately listens only to the wearer to enable proactive journaling, emotion tracking, and life coaching. Think Oura Ring for your Mind.

Backed by Lightspeed and South Park Commons, recognized at CES within 90 days of founding, and launching in the U.S. this fall. Co-founders bring backgrounds from Meta Reality Labs (Quest, Ray-Ban glasses) and 7+ years in the fashion industry. We're building a movement toward conscious, mindful living — and we need our first marketing leader to help define and own that story.

THE ROLE

As our Product Designer (AI-Native Builder), you'll turn ideas into working prototypes at speed — then into shipped UI/UX for the Nirva companion app. You'll work directly with: The founding research and product team — to shape what we build and why. The engineering team — to take prototypes through to shipped product. The marketing team — to bring the product's story to life across launch and brand surfaces. You'll explore many directions fast, kill what doesn't work, and polish what does.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Rapid prototyping — you'll take concepts to clickable, working prototypes in days, not weeks, using AI tooling (including Claude Code) as your default way of building.

  • Volume of exploration — many concepts, many variants, so the team can make decisions on real artifacts instead of debate.

  • UI/UX execution alongside the Founding Designer — flows, interaction, and visual design, from wireframe to shipped pixels.

  • Feedback loops — putting prototypes in front of users and the team early, and folding what you learn back into the next build.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1-3 years of work experience in UI/UX or product design (flexible — what you've made matters more than where you've worked).

  • A portfolio or body of work showing taste, craft, and range — side projects, shipped apps, and prototypes all count.

  • Consumer mobile sensibility — you understand what makes a consumer app feel good to use.

  • AI-native by default — you already build with AI tooling (Claude Code, Figma AI, v0, Cursor, or similar) and reach for it instinctively.

  • Builder instinct — you'd rather make the thing than write the spec, and you're comfortable getting into code to make it real.

  • Hands-on and self-motivated — you thrive with full ownership and little process.

COMPENSATION

COMPENSATION

  • Top-tier health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Unlimited PTO.
