ABOUT NIRVA
Nirva is building the first AI fashion accessory for your mind — a necklace or bracelet that privately listens only to the wearer to enable proactive journaling, emotion tracking, and life coaching. Think Oura Ring for your Mind.
Backed by Lightspeed and South Park Commons, recognized at CES within 90 days of founding, and launching in the U.S. this fall. Co-founders bring backgrounds from Meta Reality Labs (Quest, Ray-Ban glasses) and 7+ years in the fashion industry. We're building a movement toward conscious, mindful living — and we need our first marketing leader to help define and own that story.
THE ROLE
This is a role for someone who wants to experience building a company from the ground up. You’ll work directly alongside the founders and touch the full surface of what a co-founder touches — product, engineering, design, growth, partnerships, fundraising, hiring, legal, finance, and operations. Nothing here is abstract. You’ll take on real problems, own real outcomes, and learn what it takes to go from an idea to a shipped product that people love. It’s the closest thing to being a founder without having started the company yourself.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
The full zero-to-one journey — from raw idea to product in market, with all the ambiguity and speed that comes with it.
Everything a co-founder touches — product, development, design, marketing, partnerships, recruiting, legal, finance, and ops.
Direct time with the founders — sit in on the real decisions, tradeoffs, and conversations that shape the company.
Real ownership — take the lead on meaningful pieces of work, not busywork.
A path forward — whether that’s launching your own company, joining as a leader here, or figuring out if founding is right for you.

Aspiring founder
You want to start a company, or you’re seriously exploring it. You’re here to learn the craft of building by doing it, not by reading about it.
Deeply entrepreneurial
You default to ownership, move fast, and are comfortable with ambiguity and zero process. You’d rather figure it out than wait for permission.
Self-motivated
Nobody needs to wind you up. You bring your own energy, set your own bar, and go from idea to done on your own.
Versatile
You’re excited to work across every part of the business rather than staying in one lane. You want the whole picture.
Based in San Francisco / the Bay Area, or open to relocating
This is an in-person role. You want to be in the room.
